Investing In Our Staff

Developing Our Staff

Within the Network and MTC, supporting and investing in our staff is a key priority.  Over the coming years there will be a significant amount of funding to support existing and future staff in education and training to ensure we deliver the best possible trauma care to every patient every time across the pathway of care.  There will be an inclusive and comprehensive multi-disciplinary education and training programme which will guide the investment based on professional needs linked to the NoS Trauma Network model of care.
