The North of Scotland Major Trauma Centre (MTC) covers five health board areas in the NoS and is located on the Foresterhill Campus in Aberdeen. The MTC provides highly specialist trauma care to children and adults. The MTC team works closely with professionals in the NoS and where appropriate, further afield to ensure that those who require specialist trauma care receive this at the right time and in the right place for their injuries.
